I got the same memory (pretty much) for $230. Crucial does good things for their memory. Those are prices are not out of this world, like dominator prices and stuff.

Look the same except for the heatsink to me. Actually I think one has MICRON D9GMHs and the other D9DQTs.

Dominators are not that good for the price. I would rather go with a lower end of memory and OC it with some better cooling. My memory cost $230 and I have it at almost DDR2 1000 speeds.

I think the tracers have better D9 chips, but I am not completely positive. You can probably get about the same OC (if that is what your looking for) on both of those modules.
