highest amd 4000+ san diego speed???

i was just wondering what is the highest anyone has ever clock a AMD 4000+ san diego core cpu to currently mine is at 2.64Ghz

depends what stepping you have. The CABGE (or "Cabbage") will do 2.75 GHz, and thats the worst stepping ever! 2.9+ is what you should be aiming for!

erm - for that run i set the ram to 333 MHz, max vCore, set the HT Multiplier to 4x, set the Multiplier to 11x, set the FSB to 250 (that will give you 2.75 GHz). Set the Chipset voltage to 1.25v, and try it. Ill take a picture of my settings tonight if you want me to.

(If you cant find some of these things - the "Premium" adds extra voltage control, although you can flash Premium BIOS on a Deluxe or standard and it will work)

For this you WILL need aftermarket cooling!

If you can post some screenies of your bios that's nice.If I increase the chipset volt's I can go higher too?I never increase the chipset to get stable @ 2.7.Now in my bios is auto.I have the option of overvolt.I have 1009 Bios.

3.75Ghz thats mental

so how high can i put the voltage
just before i had the fbs at 230 and the voltage at 1.5v it didnt look right when i played oblivion at 1.4v even tho it kept crashing at 1.5v
