People in this thread clearly don't understand what false advertising is. If a company claims something over another that is untrue is a form of slander and is legally punishable. If it was Apple being sued by Google for an ad that said Google was run by Osama Bin Laden everyone would be singing a different tune. If they have a case that the ad was actually false and there is logistical data proving that they actually were harmed by it, then they will most definitely win the case and for good reason.
