Heads-up to anyone that has purchased NIK Software plugins in the last five years..

While cruising over at POTN, I happened across this thread:

After doing a little reading, it seemed to change - not only was Google offering the entire suite of plugins for $149, but if you have purchased any of the NIK Software plugins in the last 5 years (and registered that purchase, I'm assuming), you will likely receive an email from 'The Nik Collection by Google' with a link to download the entire suite of plugins.

Having purchased Silver Efex Pro last year (to get the free upgrade to SEP II), I was pleasantly surprised to see that I had an email about this today. Granted, it was stashed in my Spam filter because people have (apparently) been reporting this as spam/phishing, when it's really not.

Also, apparently, if you spent more than $149 on plugins since 2/22 of this year, you'll be refunded the difference.

I was about to chalk this all up in the 'Too Good to be True' column, but when I found that email in my spam folder and checked it out, it all looks pretty legit.

And, apparently, if you HAVEN'T purchased the plugins yet, there are codes floating around that should get your cost down to ~$126.xx for the suite of plugins.

Now if only Google would buy M$.

Any advice on how to obtain one of those codes? thumb.gif

There are no codes - they simply email you a link and you follow it (if you've bought their software before, essentially).

Code mu-43 works getting it down to $126. Just FYI. Even all this time later.
