Yea he was right about that but he said batch of noctuas he really confused me more then anything. I know the paste disintegrates I've had to reapply it more then once. I think he thinks i was talking about the IHS not the die lol.

I attempted to take off more glue with 70% isopropyl. Good enough?

yea I was able to get it all off including the IHS I used the opposite side of the razor to scrape all of the corners out, is that a chunk off the pcb in the lower right corner right above the last four of the serial number?

Yeah I think so, but j got it off, after this pic I cleaned it even more. At first I was using a razor to scrap the glue off the pcb until I found out how stupid it was lol. Is the pcb easily scratchable?
