Would using chrome fittings cause possible corrosion in loop?

They only have colored ones, chrome, and black chrome, nothing nickel, copper, acetal

No, it's perfectly safe. Chrome, copper, nickel, brass and silver can live happily together.

You'll be fine with chrome. The metal to avoid is aluminum.

Yea, aluminum causes lots of problems. Any chrome fittings should be perfectly fine
