Quiet Watercooling Pump DDC or D5?

Thread Starter
i'm trying to build a water-cooling setup and was wondering which pump would be the best and also quiet? DDC or D5?

trying to cool off my cpu and gtx 690

d5 is the better of the 2 pumps in terms of performance. but a dcc is really quite but also half the flow rate ability and head pressure. but the d5 is pretty quite if you just isolate it and make sure it has a buffer between it and the case so it doesn't introduce resonance in to the case

Not entirely true. D5 has more flow while DDC has more pressure. DDC is alot noisier and has a distinctive whine to it while the d5 is relatively silent in comparison. I would choose the d5 over the DDC. Also, DDC needs a custom top to perform well where as the D5 performs excellently even with the stock body.
