It very easy actually

1: Just download the new bios, make sure the correct OS is selected at the top.

2: Save it to a usb drive or disk
3: Go into the uefi advanced and ezflash
4: Select the new bios and follow on-screen instructions
5: Done

Thanks for the reply ...ok so im in the middle of building this ..well not in the middle i ve only brought the mobo so far lol ..but im making sure everything is ready ..what i have done is ordered the bios chip and the asus tech person seems to think its as easy as taking the old bios chip out and putting the new one in .....this sound amazingly to easy which tells me theres no way it as simple as that is it ...i hope it is ...do you know if its that simple...my mobo is the r 1.01 sabertooth i got it at an ok price £60 so i got it its like new with box an all accessorys otherwise i would of got rev 2.0 or even gen 3 rev 2.0 but at under half the price i couldnt say no but im paying for it by not having th latest bios out of the box ....so just to recap...if i physically remove the bios chip with the old bios on and replace it with the latest bios chip for r1.01 will this be as easy as that or not ???

Thanks
