Easy fix: buy monitors with thin bezels or de-bezel them biggrin.gif

Trust me, once you try Surround/Eyefinity, it can be addicting thumb.gif

de-bezzle stuff's hot, just wondering if anyone found a way to mod even further, remove the metal gaps? Make it gapless? i haven't bothered to see how they work EXACTLY and don't have the money to chop and test myself, trust me I would. lol

for those who haven't tried Surround or Eyefinity the bezels aren't that big of a deal..
plus the human brain is a remarkable thing (when working right..)

the brain over the course of a short time will actually phase the bezels out, kind of like training the eyes and such
to disregard the bezels making them a non-factor. this allows one to focus on the actual gameplay.
I'm not joking and this has been proven by doctors and such.
also think about it like this, if the brain didn't phase things out then we would see all the veins and tissues in out eyeballs
when using our eyes to see...

seriously I say this, you can go look it up.
sit back 2.5-3ft away from the MM (multi-monitor) set-up and try it, after sometime you'll be hooked.

I think saying the 7990 will "wipe the floor" with the 690 isn't exactly correct.

2 7970's are going to run warm and not to mention the tdp overhead they will have to maintain

I honestly feel it will be faster then the 690 but not by a wide margin.

I predict a 900 buck price tag and ~10% improvement in performance maybe a little more.
