Not sure if this is a good deal but thought I'd share it anyways.

Great monitor and a fairly good deal.
Highly recommended to anyone and everyone considering a good solid 1440p monitor!

Whoa, doesn't this blow the V.ME deal on this monitor for a few weeks back away? A few weeks ago you could get this for $649, then 10% off with V.me, so this is much better?

Been waiting for a 1440 deal forever, so if this is as good fo a deal as I think it is, then done....buying....thanks...see you on the battlefield.

Get it. It's a great deal, and it's 100% worth it.
Enjoy!

I think I will - I'm just worried about getting one with backlight bleed issues...as reading reviews it seems one out of 5 have the problem. Anyone use this for gaming? How is the 8ms GTG?
I've been using one since about october, the 8ms is well under what you'd notice while gaming, I had a 1ms TN panel before, and I noticed no delays whatsoever switching from one to the other (despite doing some quick gaming sessions on both monitors to compare).
Any of the issues reported by others, I've noticed nothing about, especially the backlighting is very uniform, and I've never seen anything close to bleeding on the edges.
If you get one and it does come with an issue though, Dell has always been very good about RMA's.
That last point is why I went with one of these babies instead of one of the koreans.
For more info, you can always check out the review I did on this monitor smile.gif

Mine has pretty annoying backlight bleed in left bottom corner but I guess I can get over it. Came from TN and didn't notice any major difference. The screen is blurry while moving fast in games but it fixes itself fast, while dragging folders on desktop you wont be able to read the text but that's something you have to count on. It's awesome tho

I ordered two from Dell less than a month ago. The backlight bleeding issues are exactly the same on both of mine. On the lower left hand corner there is large backlight bleeding which makes it hard to work with black backgrounds.

I was just about to post this haha, i will be getting one myself. Only korean one i would consider was the one at MC and with tax its like $440, the dell i can get for 550 out the door (no tax in my state, MC is in another state) So for $110 more i get a monitor that i dont think is ugly looking haha biggrin.gif

It's a good deal. The lowest price I've seen outside of Dell, for $480 or so + tax/shipping/etc or $630.

see http://slickdeals.net/f/5641030-Dell-U2713HM-27-2560x1440p-LED-Monitor-484-After-PM-Dell-Small-Business-YMMV

Unlike the previous deals, this doesn't involve V.me or any gift card nonsense.
