1-Probabally
2-?
3-?
4-Download Cpu-Z. It's a handy program to tell you all the stats of your ram sticks and CPU.
5-I know there are one and two bay coolers, never heard of three, you might just stick in 1 single and 1 double to take up the 3 spots, or just get a fan the right size and mount it there....

Sorry i couldn't be more help.

1. It is according to the programs, games you play. If the game has a heavy memory requirement (a lot need 2 GB to run well) then of course you will not have enough.
2. If the one you want to remove has your os on it then you will have to reinstall onto the other but then you can partition it while you are installing. Just backup your files onto the one you are taking out.
3. Usually it will raise the ram frequency. Some motherboards allow you to do it seperately.
4.Like he said download cpu-z. A quick google and it will usually be the first link.
5. If not then make one yourself. Zipties, glue, and metal mesh work wonders.

1. Yes but depending on the program, 2x1G could improve performance
2. I gather the second HDD is a higher performance HDD or this is a matter of size issue.
2a. Check my FAQ it may come in handy
2b. First, Partitioning the 2nd HD, if it's a Multi Partition see my "2a" answer . Furthermore, you could image the first HDD to the second one once you decide what parttition scheme you decide. I'm not yet firmiliar but I understand there is a good image utility on some Linux Live CDs... perhaps the Linux guys can fill you in on that, otherwise the likes of Ghost or other simular utilitys can help you with that.
3. Yes, as you increase the bus speed of the CPU the RAM also increases in speed. Thus the need to do 1 or more of several things.
3a. If necessry, set a divider.
3b. Safely increase RAM voltage to attain higher speeds and for a possibly lower divider.
3c. Adjust the RAM's timings to attain higher speeds and for a possibly lower divider.

1. Ram Doesnt dictate how well the actuall G-card performs in a system...Its the CPU.

2.You can keep both HDD'S in and simply create a new partition on the second drive in windows setup ( Assuming you are installing an OS )

3.Ask someone else.

4.Download Cpu-Z. It's a handy program to tell you all the stats of your ram sticks and CPU.

5. There are 12CM fans ..However you would need a an Icage to use it properly or a Mod.

The SPD tab gives up the default settings/timings.
If you simply transfering the second drive to another PC, can you BU the file somewhere, if not, there was a great post on how to manage partitions in the HDD section in the past few days.

The divider... since your original PC has 4x512 the BIOS automatically set the divider @ 333. A divider sets the RAM at a speed slower than the either the Default of the RAM or lower than the CPU bus speed. That is using DDR333, DDR266 or DDR200 settings is the divider.
