so you can probably tell me what the limit is on mem fitting on this board, users guide said: PC3200 400Mhz

will for example: PC4000 500Mhz fit on this board ?

yeah got my eyes on some nice corsair memory

Corsair TWINX2048-4000PT, 2048 MB, DDR, PC4000, 500 MHz, 2 x

but dunno if this will fit my board cause the users guide says PC3200 400 Mhz....

Basically - PC4000 means that it will run at PC4000 (aka DDR500) speeds - thats 250mhz.

It's exactly the same in all other respects as PC3200.

What you will find is that if the PC is not overclocked, and your CPU is running at its stock 200mhz FSB, the RAM will also run at 200mhz.

The benefit therefore with PC4000 is that your RAM is guaranteed to overclock

just follow my worklog as it will be updated every few weeks (hope end of december some more cause then it will be running and in januari the DDR )
