Nice deal, might want this over the 850w Gold I was looking at getting. (Saves me $60)

If it's good enough for overclocking 2x 7950's (possibly 1 to 1.2GHz OC) and keeping my CPU ~@4.6GHz., I'm sold.

They had this PSU for $89.99 a few weeks ago (source), but today it is without a Rebate, so this may be better if you don't do rebates. I have the similar SS-660XP and I am very happy with it.

Hope it works for you. I have a Phenom Thuban 1090t x6 OCed to 4.1 using 1.38 voltage and a XFX Black Edition 7970 1240 Mhz using 1.2v on a Crosshair V board and the maximum wattage I got from my Kil-A-watt is 507. That's after playing a bit bf3 and other games I have and also after a p95 + furmark 1 hour run.

PS. I have my system/modem/router/speakers/ run into a surge protector then to the Kill-A-watt. Hope it helps.

Edit.
I got mine on that deal with the rebate but unfortunately I couldn't do the rebate. Pretty nasty weather in Minnesota.
