There you go :
CPU : http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819116781 ~ 189.99$
Mobo : www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128555 ~ 72.99$
RAM : http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820145345 ~ 64.99$
GPU : http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814125443 ~ 203.99$
Total : 530$.
I'd suggest you squeeze in the extra 30$, it's worth it.
What kind of " light games " are you looking to play?
This build will run circles around any APU system. What's the exact model of the PSU you currently have? I'm almost positive this build will run on a quality PSU, but wait for confirmation.
Not bad

I think your best bet would be to get the A10-6800K, you could really use an upgrade, you could get a GTX 650 Ti Boost or 7790 for around $150, they're the best option for sub-$200 graphics cards IMO.

is this a future proof build? that's really what i'm going for, i'm not the type to upgrade every 3-4 years (as you can tell from my current build) the fm2 socket is newer than lga 1155

1155 is dead. FM2 is not.

Also, he gets a pretty decent IGP that actually lets you game half decently, instead of a half arsed junk that can barely run games at bare minimums.

For gaming i3-3220 are way faster than any APU from AMD, including the next A10-6800K too, it may be established in June...

I am an AMD user but i'm not a fanboy, and i am realistic too...

What games are you looking to play?
As in future proofing, if you mean the rig stays as it is for 3-4 years with absolutely no changes, I'll say yes. You got a quad core i5 and a pretty decent GPU.
P.S : And what's the exact model of your current PSU?

i would get an i5 but it's a dead socket right now..fm2 is not...i can always upgrade down the road
