Few questions about 7950

Thread Starter
So i've been out of the loop for quite a while now. Last time I looked into new GPU is when I got my 5850. I have been looking at the GIGABYTE GV-R795WF3-3GD. I know a new gen of cards are supposed to come out soon, does this mean I should wait for a price drop or did the prices already drop for the 7 series?
Im into games like bioshock, tomb raider, Battlefield 3 and 4 when it drops.

Im not dead set on this card or even ATI. Some opinions would be great in the 7950 range from nvidia or ati.

I never really got into BF3 Multiplayer but I plan to in BF4. The main thing holding me back now is I dont want to buy it then the price goes down quite a bit with the new lineup coming soon.

The new lineup will likely be Q4 or next year and the prices have dropped quite a bit since release so I don't think there will be any major drop soon.

A 7950 is the best bang for your buck card on the market right now from either company. A great choice if you get one.
