Anyone have an idea why ebay is flooded with brand new VisionTek's? I don't get it did something go wrong or something? Strange to see that many listings of VisionTek 7970's.

I have no experience or knowledge when it comes to VisionTek cards, can anyone chime in on their reliability/overclocking ability?

Few US retailers ship international, the only ones I could find is ExcaliburPC and Geeks.com. Geeks doesn't carry much new stock, although they have a 7950. Excalibur charges more, and the only listing I found in your price range is the MSI reference card for $385 plus shipping, but it is not in stock.Looks like you can backorder it though.

Actually i've reiterated this again and again, Powercolor makes really good cards just not on par with Sapphire. They're so much cheaper here at least
If a sapphire makes you wag your tongue go for it since in the states the powercolor and sapphire cards dont differ by much in price

Powercolor's VORTEXII looks pretty beastly but i'll prefer Dual-X's subdued look. VortexII looks like the sort of perfect card for a CFVZ build

I can buy and have anything shipped from the US to me. Trust me if it ships to any of the continental states then I can have it shipped to me.

Unfortunately outside of the three I listed you'll either have to pay over 400 or wait for stock on other brands to come back in. Or you are gonna have to buy used

I would get the powercolor 7970 vortexII because of the custom PCB. You can see it is a different color from the reference PCB and also has two 8 pin connectors like on the more expensive sapphire vapor-x, which the dual-x does not have. It looks like they updated the card recently from [URLhttp://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814131468]this one [/URL] which has the reference PCB. Works out for your budget and you know it will be very overclockable.

And even though you aren't in the US, couldn't any of us gift the games to you through Steam if you give one of us the code? I looked through the Steam support articles for gifting and I didn't see anything wrong with doing that. You can gift to whomever you want.
