Hopefully HSA will take off in the gaming world, leaving Nvidia to completely rethink its cuda idea. Personally Proprietary API's and whatnot (physx) need to die, I think Nvidia should be more open.

If you mean somehow that NVidia not worrying about optimizing for OpenCL and DirectCompute and instead concentrating on CUDA and thus suffering from performance issues in games using solutions other than Cuda is somehow AMD's fault then I guess.

I do agree that either side using proprietary technology is BAD for all gamers. However blaming the other side for not working on the standards as well you should is just lame.

Nvidia doesn't even fix the Tomb Rider Problem, they just used someones driver mods until they could fix the Compute problem.
