Ok now its running at 172 mhz... Is it good cuz its supposed to run at 200mhz did i do something wrong?

Keep the RAM at stock volts and timings, you're running it slower than it's rated to run anyway

HTT/FSB, whatever you prefer =p and make sure you move the HTT multiplier down to 4x

It's safe as long as you keep the temps under 50C

In theory yes, especially if its generic "non-overclocking" ram. Like Corsair Value for example.

But a few mhz over won't matter.
