Be careful about bending the pcb or ihs when whacking it with a block of wood. thumb.gif

by the way OP if you are going to get a real tim get IC Diamond 7 Carat this is the best tim i have used for water loop.

More than happy with the temps now that I've delidded. If it were a normal user that just threw it in left voltages at auto and standard clocks I am convinced it would have failed. 100degrees on a core just isnt right.

I am so impressed by delidding that ill be doing the Haswell when it arrives, even if temps are OK they have the potential of being that much better after delidding.

Now i've delidded for a while I believe temps have improved after the TIM has time to cure. A recent burn test of AIDA64 for an hour had the hottest core at 62 degrees @ 1.344vcore.
