Future of my rig, what should I do about my PSU.

I currently have :

Haf 912 with 4 120mm Fans

Gene V mATX

8gb DDR3 ram

3570k @ 1.32v 4700ghz

212 Coolermaster +

680 SC + OC to 1278/3705

650w XFX Pro Edition PSU

What options do I have for Upgrading GPU wise? Can I afford to SLI on this PSU? I have NOT ordered the PSU yet but 100ish is my budget, and I cannot see any PSU 750+ that are reliable for that price. Is my only option to sell the 680 and go with a 700 series or 690gtx? How would temps be with my mATX board inside of a mid tower case? I had 2 6870s on a 750w PSU and mATX and never had issues, my ambient temp is normally 0-15c 75% of the year. What are my options, what can I sell my 680gtx for in 6-12 months? You guys are the smart ones afterall Is it most likely the 700 series will use less power then the 600 series?

You could run 2 cards on a 650 watts but i would not do it unless its a very good PSU and the XFX is a Seasonic unit but which one i cant recall

650 watts is enough but just barely you are cutting it close

It would be out of the question to OC aswell I guess? Don't 7970's require more Power then 680's? If so how come PSU calculaor says it reccomends a 600w PSU for the 7970s but a 700w for the 680's. I did that with OC on the CPU and at 100% usage. Any good 750w PSU's you'd reccomend or should I go with the XFX 750w or stick with the 650w and wait for the 700 series.

You can add another 680 without any issue whatsoever, the PSU is perfectly sized for that...

I would rather stick with a decent 650 watts PSU then trying to save cash and buy a crappy 750 watts PSU

Its never a good idea to cheap on on a PSU in the most extreme case it could blow up and take the whole PC with and thats not cheap

Anything from this list is good dont pick anything that is not there

Last not a good idea to OC with 2 video cards on a 650 that OC may very well be the thing that tip the scale
