Switching from Eyefinity to Single display help needed.

Hi
I have been playing BF3 in eyefinity
now I want to play Crysis 3 ...however ...Crysis 3 is not playable in eyefinity even with the settings way low its still too slow to play.
Works fine on a single display though on high settings.
My question is:
What is the best way to go from eyefinity to single screen without physically pulling th eplug on the other two screens.
I would like to be able to use the other two screens at the same time for other applications while I am playing.
I would have thought ATI CCC would allow me to set up profiles but I have not found that option.
Can anyone help ?

This might sound stupid, but did you try setting the resolution inside Crysis 3 to your native desktop resolution? I think that might put it on a single display.

Yes I did Greg but then it just plays it at my native resolution on all three screens so I have 3 duplicate games running ! Can seem to just get it to run on one screen.

hit win + p and go into extended mode which sets on monitor as the main and 2 more as extended ( 3 monitors) then hit win + p again and go to duplicate to go back to eyefinity (1 monitor)

Hmm that's a new window ! Thanks !
But !
Alas didn't work :-(
It just actives one screen turns the others off.
When I go to get the other screens back its messed the resolution up and now I'm going to have to reinstall the drivers again.

Yeh I have tried setting the profiles up unfortunately it just completely messed up the resolution and I have to do a complete wipe and reinstall to get it back to normal :-(
