Best drivers for OCing 680?

I have the lastest (314.22 as of posting) drivers and I can't OC memory at all without crashing in heaven 4.0.

Can someone recommend drivers? Btw I have unlocked my bios using kgb.

hello ,
Can you tell us what brand is your 680 ?
what software are you using to overclock the card ?
I would want to think that if your overclock fails it's because you need a little more juice. Did you change the voltage ?

what about the gpu clock speed ? maybe you reached a limit and you'd have to get down the gpu overclock a little to make room for the memory ...

Seems like that worked. With -4 gpu I can go +500 on memory heaven stable.
