Screeching sound when playing games?

Hi guys, I have a VERY annoying problem that's been happening with this monitor ever since I made my build.

Whenever I play games on my iiyama Prolite X2377HDS IPS Monitor, there is the most horrendous screeching/high pitch noise. I've done some research, but there's not much on it. I can't increase my refresh rate, as it's stuck to 60Hz and I'm pretty sure it's not Coil Whine.

Also, this ONLY happens when playing games.

So, what's the problem? :/

So you think it's the monitor and not the computer? I assume you have checked with another monitor to confirm this?

Nope, haven't tried it on another monitor as I don't have another one. It's definitely coming from the monitor, though.

Pretty sure it's coming from your graphics card. It's basically coil whine.

Try some headphones / speakers in the PC's audio jack to see if you get any screeching.

Edit: stupid comment. I was thinking integrated speakers on the monitor.
