As of now, yes...4Gb 670's...I have not seen any reviews on 4Gb 680. Having 4Gb 670's will provide a little help (only when games are utilizing more ram; there are only a few
). If you're into Skyrim mods, I've heard 4Gb is helpful (personally, I plan to find out soon with my 680 2Gb

The fact is, the performance isn't high enough with a GTX 670 GPU to allow the advantage of 4GB of memory at 1080p or 2560x1600. When we also consider the ability to run NV Surround resolutions off of one video card, the GeForce GTX 670 GPU itself again is not powerful enough to benefit from the 4GB.

In the rest of our games we could hardly see any difference between GeForce GTX 670s with 2 and 4 GB of memory in 3240x1920 and no difference at all in 2560x1440. So, purchasing a 4GB card wouldn't be worth the investment unless you've got a triple-monitor configuration
If you're gaming with 3 displays @ 1440p or 1600p, using 2x SLI then you'll probably be able to take advantage of the 4Gb but I have not seen any test reviews to confirm this.Going back to what I had stated earlier...buy another 670...You'll still enjoy it Edited by drBlahMan - 3/28/13 at 1:40pm
