Always, always download the latest, yet stable bios and other drivers! Try that, in addition to stress testing.

To me it seems more a GPU driver issue than anything else. BTW,do you have programs like Sapphire Trixx or MSI AB installed?

I am using MSI Afterburner/ Kombuster.

when using prime, errors will cause a worker to stop, stating something along the lines of "rounding is .05, expected is .1" or BSOD will give you a code as well.

Is everything at stock? If not, put everything at stock and then proceed to the BIOS Flash. And Run at stock to check that everything is ok.
