WoW and LOL are highly single threaded so the i3 would perform better than FX-6300 in those. If you needed to render or something it's different because you can make use of the cores. Also for you to overclock the Fx-6300, there aren't very many good cheap (sub $120) mATX boards that can do that.

Some options , GTX 650 Ti is overpriced now but so is HD7850 according to PcPartpicker and although the GTX 650 is faster than HD7750 it is cheaper. Use Memory express price matching to get 10% off things.

cheap or otherwise, there are not many matx am3 boards that can oc.

that beingsaid the.GIGABYTE matx http://www.Newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=13-128-565 is about as good as it gets. don't expect 5+GHz but4.5gh should be possible

as a bonus its cheap!
