If you press to much on the wheel and cut too fast with it, espect it to melt fast.
If I am right in my assumption then what should I use to cut through it?
More wheels or a jigaw if you can find one.
Don't forget to use masking tape .
You can use the wheel to start the corners and then use a jigsaw with a metal blade for the straight cut. If you can make a perfect straight cut, you won't need to use the channel molding, I personnally think that u-channel gives a less cleaner look than a straight edge repainted.Edited by KaRLiToS - 4/3/13 at 9:59am
