I was going to pick up a 2l sapphire 7950, but looking at the card dimensions I don't think it would fit.
Anyone know for sure?

I can tell you for sure that if you remove the drive-bay then it would fit perfectly but I'm not sure if it would fit with the drive-bay being in place.

I just read someone saying it just barely fits.
less than .25" to spare.

Do you have HDDs in every slot of the drive-bay? My friend has an Asus HD7850 and he had to remove two HDDs to get it to fit because otherwise it wouldn't fit.

the ANTEC 300 won't be able to fit the sapphire HD 7950 boost (2L version) . the card measures 290 mm. ANTEC 300 only supports cards upto 279 mm

"Maximum video card size: 11"/279mm (Note: some video cards may block access to the adjacent hard drive bay) "

The 3L which is a custom PCB card measures 270mm and will fit. but it does not have VRM temp sensors. good cooler and unlocked voltage.

PCS+ HD 7950 boost state measures 27.5 cm long. good cooler and unlocked voltage.

MSI HD 7950 twin frozr will fit. both the HD 7970 PCB version and the HD 7950 PCB version. here is a user who shows the MSI HD 7950 twin frozr (HD 7970 PCB version) fitting in ANTEC 300. but just barely.

the MSI HD 7950 PCB version is only 262 mm long. so no issues there
