New member and need help with this GTS Card please

Right ok I have an old GTS 8800 card (640MB DDR3)and want to try this overclock as seen on YouTube Here: LINK

Can someone explain on what to do step by step please....

Specs of PC are:

i5 2500K CPU (not overclocked)
750W PSU
Asrock Z68 Extreme3 Gen3 Motherboard
8GB Crucial Sport 8GB Kit (4GBx2), Ballistix Memory
Zalman Z11 Case

I have a feeling you might just be really lazy.
Step 1 download latest Nvidia drivers and install
Step 2 download MSI Afterburner
Step 3 make sure fan speed set to auto in Afterburner
Step 4 based on Googling average 8800 GTS 640 OC's I would try running it at 600/1500/900 or adjust down a bit in afterburner and leave it there should all be fine.

I am not liable should your card blow up, exercise your own due diligence.

Thanks for reply and wasnt lazy am new to this overclocking stuff and wanted some assurance what to do...

Right now this is the least of my issues...as you can see from this post HERE
My motherboard may be faulty dont know yet....
