Have you disabled ULPS?

Is the power slider on +20% ?

Also my 2500k @4.6 is bottlenecking my 7950's in bf3, but Bioshock infinite plays fine.

I physically switched the cards, and everything seems a lot smoother. I have not disabled ULPS, what is it?

Also yes, power is at full 20%

edit - also that dip in frames is between a load screen. The GPU usage is still erratic, but, i don't care as long as it functions properly. I'm assuming when the new AMD drivers come out, it will hopefully fix this. I don't think for now, that my older card ( GPU 1 is this screen shot, normally GPU 2) is bad. I think it just likes to be on top wink.gif

MUCH better! I disabled ULPS, and, I download the profiles for all the games. Looks like these where all driver issues

Lol, ya tell me about it. What res do you play at?

I would love to do tri-fire, but I would need a new case and it will be a while before I get the Caselabs case i want.

Just 1920x1080p. I need a bigger disk, once I get enough room i'll be doing surround sound gaming. Tri-fire scares me, if I'm having all these problems with normal crossfire i'm screwed ><<br />
But I'm getting the new h220 whenever it comes back in stock and most likely picking up the raven2. My phantom looks ugly now =/

I don't know where you're getting your information but that's absolute rubbish. I'm running an i5 2500K, much slower than an i7, and I can easily run 2 x GTX 680's in SLI without bottlenecking them. I'm assuming you're reading the results of your tests wrong. An increase in processor speed will give a minor boost to framerate, but no decent quad core like an i5 will bottleneck any GPU in existence at this time. And in actual gaming, an i7 will show absolute zero visible performance increase over an i5 during a game session. i7's are only superior to i5's whilst performing intensive tasks such as video editing, graphics design, CAD tasks etc. They're over-kill for a gamer. At most they'd add 5-10 fps in a real, live gaming session.
