Since you're on a fresh install try deleting the files and see what happens. If your internet disappears you have an answer. I used to get really confused when using driver sweeper to get rid of files when it came to my older board since Nvidia was my ethernet connection. But if you are on a fresh install you cant really mess things up too much.

I'm pretty sure you are supposed to keep those Nvidia drivers. I asked the same question somewhere a while ago and I forget the answer, but I do happen to remember the answer and it was to not delete them.
