I've had quite a few ASRock's and never had a problem that I didn't cause myself.

You admit that you have the same problem with your Sabertooth and you do with this ASRock. But it's the boards fault? Either you're terribly unlucky or you have a component that's a serial murderer (of mobos).

I recently had a terrible experience with the ASUS P8Z77-V Pros, I don't go around bashing ASUS for it though.

It's all about luck to be honest

I'm on my fourth Z77 Extreme4-M. Yes you read that correctly FOURTH!!!!
But funny enough I am achieving a better & stable overclock than I have with all my other "fallen" boards and even a Maximus V Gene I had.

Very happy with it at the moment
