My System:
Windows 7 Ultimate 64Bit SP1
Mouse: Steelseries Kinzu V2Pro (or other HAMA AM-4000)
PSU: Seasonic P660

When booting the PC that freezes mouse when starting Windows occasionally a.
But only occasionally.
Sometimes when moving the mouse in the UEFI BIOS!
What could be the cause?
BIOS has been renewed, drivers are up-to-date.
Can the ASRock Z77 Board have an error?
Regards

No.
The mouse is not on the Red Fatal1ty mouse port.
It is the 4 x to the left.,
with the green Point (see photo).

PS.On the same port is still Canon iP4600 printer
and a CanoScan 8800F scanner connected.

You mean the ... same usb port column. Else you would need to have a usb hub and that's something you want to avoid with a gaming mouse connected. Did you also try other ports (you can also try USB 3.0)

Had a freezing issue on my P8P67. Turns out the freezing issue wasn't caused by the port or the mouse - but by the keyboard.

If your mouse & keyboard are affected by the issue I suggest uninstalling the keyboard and/or keyboard drivers and then restarting. Windows should auto-install after the reboot. Fixed my issue both times I encountered it.

Odd. Have you uninstalled the mouse drivers? If not, do so and then reboot. Also, try a different mouse and see if problem still happens.

I occasionally have an issue where my mouse catches, but I attribute it to shotty software or laser.....
