Bad GTX 465 fan

I was moving my rig to a HAF XB (fantastic case by the way) and when I plugged everything in for the first time I noticed a smoke smell and immediately shut it off. Naturally, not a good smell to smell. Through trial and elongation eventually came to conclusion it was one of the fans on my GTX 465 that semi-died. I say "semi" because it still starts up (slowly) and spins but not as fast as the good fan. I have now started it up 3 more times and no smoke smell is present anymore and it half works.

So the question is, should I continue using this card?
