Overclocking + Heat generated = new PSU?

Thread Starter
I currently own a Corsair GS600 and my GPU currently is the Sapphire 7950 Vapor-X. I'm trying to do some overclocking with it but it gets really hot and loud when it hits 1.250v with the power limit at 20% which I think is a bit off considering the cooler on the card (its fine with the power limit down at 10% with the clocks lower). So now I'm wondering should I invest in getting a new PSU to aid with overclocking? I'm currently looking at the HX750 or the AX850 (new egg roughly the same price ish with a 30 dollar difference).

Or is it overkill to get those PSUs? Keep in mind I'm also running an overclocked i5-2500k @ 4.5 ghz at max load.

600w should be more than enough, I don't see that setup even hitting 450-500W OCed.
