10% IPC would be nice, as long as they overclock as well as SB-E
IMC is the only reason I am even partially tempted, but it doesn't seem like it'll be enough at all to justify
Native PCI-E 3.0 is kind of moot
To an extent, I don't think it'll have the same thermals as IB.

Lynnfield i7 95 W TDP (45nm) consume significantly more than Sandy Bridge i7 95W TDP(32nm), reason why TDP is the same is that Sandys are clocked higher.
