[Nvidia] Force Close, nvwgf2um.dll error.. help?

Thread Starter
(posted this on Nvidia's forums, got zero help)

I keep getting force closes on (what seems to be only) DX11 games.. Crysis 3 and now Bioshock Infinite, failed module being nvwgf2um.dll. I'll see the games splash screen, followed by an immediate force close from windows.

I was on the latest drivers, 314.22, and even tried multiple versions before it to no avail. All of these games finally started working again after trying 296.10, which I'm still running now. Crysis 3 is the first DX11 game I've tried running since the 3xx series drivers came out.

I know multiple updates were implemented to enhance gameplay in these games, Crysis 3 and Infinite specifically, and I'd love to fix this error.

Windows is fully updated, BIOs fully updated and my build is in my sig.. (SLI Gigabyte 560ti's at stock clocks)

Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks!

Followed everything but I'm still getting the same error o_O .. I don't get it..

Here's the error:

When Copy/Paste the error details, this is what I get (weird because there's a lot more info than what's in the window):

Fatal error!

I had crashing in BO2 and BF3 also programs such as xilisoft video converter. Tried uninstalling the Nvidia drivers and installing new drivers, even tried a fresh reinstall from my Acronis image to no avail. Turns out my overclock was unstable and bumped up the Vcore then retested with prime95 and LinX. No more crashing or blackscreens.

I'm not even getting that far.. On older drivers I am, but it seems like anything 3xx and up is an instant error/force close..
