PC Won't boot with RAM in DIMM Modules B1-B2

Thread Starter
Well, I was cleaning out my waterloop yesterday, and adding some new radiators, fans, and TIM/ETI that I got.
Well, after a gruesome 18 hours of cleaning and testing, finally got it to power on, but it wouldn't boot. No beep, no post, no video. So, I google'd my problem as most IT people do.Motherboard is getting power, but nothing is showing. People said to make sure my 4 pin in my 24pin was working. Reset my CMOS, after an hour of looking for my jumper that I had accidentally dropped in the case! frown.gif Thought maybe it a confliction of BIOS or something. Nope. Nada. I have 16GB of RAM 4(4GB). So, I took out my RAM, 1 buy one, till it turned on.
Picture of my Motherboard BTW. http://content.hwigroup.net/images/products/xl/146965/asus_p8z77v_pro.jpg [1] ASUS P8Z77-V PRO
When I got to the final ram slot it booted on! YEAH!. So I turned it off, and put two sticks in the blue and blue slots. Nothing same issue. So I took them out and put them in the black and black slots. Nothing. Same issue. So I thought maybe I have a dead RAM. I took each one and put it in the first blue Slot one by one, each powered on, took each one and put them in the top black slot, and it powered on. Okay. No DEAD RAM. So I took each one, one by one and put them in the bottom blue slot. Nothing. No post, not video, no beep again. So I tried the bottom black one, anda again same issue.
I have no idea? How can I tell if I have dead DIMM modules? It was working before, and now its not. No distilled water got into the slots, all the RAM works. What can I do? Would resetting my BIOS work? By resetting my CMOS, doesnt that reset my bios?

When you do a BIOS reset you have to completely depower the BIOS chip. Simply removing the battery isn't enough. All PSUs supply power to the BIOS chip, even with the PSU turned off. You have to unplug the PSU from the wall outlet also.
