3930k voltage Prime95

Hello, i had overclocked 3930k to 3.8ghz 1.210v at bios, cpu-z shows 1.200v - 1,208v, when im lounching prime95 i drops to 1.168v - 1.176v
Tryed 4.0 ghz 1.230 at bios, cpu-z shows 1.224v-1.216v, at prime95 drops to 1.192v - 1.184v so its normal? or i need to fix some options in my bios?
PC stats: rampage 4 extreme, 32 gb ram 1866 dominator, AX1200i

tryed now 4.4ghz on 1.26v, after 4minutes of prime recieved my first blue tabel biggrin.gif and 67C

That's load-line calibration working. You are probably on the default regular. Try setting it to medium (or in your case since you have the R4E, i think it's 25%?)
