What means AFAIK?
AFAIK means as far as i know. and as far as i know, unless something has changed recently, only gigabytes 7970 is voltage locked, i have a gigabyte 7950 WF3 and its a great card, bought it back in October 2012 and its voltage unlocked! 1300 core and 1600 memory clocks only gets this card to 66 degrees in furmark! love my gigabyte 7950!

It's up to you bro, If you think that 17 Euro it's not worth then grab the Gigabyte card. But If I were you, I will pick up the Sapphire.

If they were both voltage unlocked I'd pick the Gigabyte because they have 3 year warranty(Sapphire have 2 and don't have return location in most countries thus you must mail them back to Hong Kong). But since most recently made Gigabyte 7950 are voltage locked, the Saphhire is you best bet to get a high OC.

Yes, The base clock on the Gigabyte is 900mhz, on Sapphire it is 950mhz with the Boost Bios, 7950s can overclock up to 1250mhz if it have unlocked voltage, a 31% performance boost for the Sapphire & 38% boost for the Gigabyte. Voltage locked models sometime have trouble OCing any hihger than 1100mhz, which is a 22% performance boost for Gigabyte.
