Best air flow setup for Overseer RX-I with Corsair H60?

I am in the process of a build right now and with the motherboard I am running I can only have a total of 4 fans.
I have 3 x 200mm blue LED fans inside it.
One is in the front for intake one on top for exhaust and one I put on the side for intake.
The final fan is connected to the radiator of the H60 I was reading that it is suggested to have it on intake
but then I would only have one exhaust fan would it be enough being its 200mm?
I was also thinking maybe get another 200mm for exhaust but then Id have to run it off the PSU on one speed.

I have decided to get another 200mm fan and run one of my fans through the power supply.
Problem solved.
