Gigabyte GA-H61MA-D3V couple questions

I built budget rig for my friend with I3-3225 and GA-H61MA-D3V. I took some Kingston HyperX blue 1600mhz 1,65v memory. Will that mobo allow adjust RAM frequency and voltage if that memory won't work with stock settings? And I also took Samsung 840. I checked that mobo has SATA 6Gb ports but I have noticed people talking about "fake" SATA 6gb ports which will actually work at SATA 2 speeds on these cheap mobos. Is that true?

Ok, I found answers for my questions but one more thing I need know. On Gigabyte's website says Ivy is compatible with H61 with F4 bios. Sandy bridge also requires F4 bios so I3-3225 should work almost 100% on this board?
