Vcore is set to about 1.290 in BIOS, LLC 75%, CPU Current Capability - 120%, DRAM is 1.510v & CPU Fixed Frquency - 350 khz. Attached is a screenshot I just took.

Temperatures seem bearable, what do you guys think? I will try to drop it closer to 1.280 volts if i can; hopefully the temperatures might lower by then.
Ivy runs hot and needs serious cooling. Those temps are a little high for me, I agree with Forceman (who knows what he is talking about) when he said he likes to keep his max testing temps to around 80c.

As others have said, drop the oc or get a little better cooler. But if it were me, I would follow the guide I linked exactly, copy every setting except your specific ram timings and voltage. Then see what the lowest vCore you can get to stabilize your multiplier. If it turns out to be 1.29v and your testing temps are 90c+ then drop down to 4.4. That should take about 1.23v if 1.29v stabilized 4.5.
