Java SE Binary crash, and AMD Display driver crash whenever starting any game

This is an error that is angering me horribly. Basically, whenever I try to start a game such as Minecraft, Arma2, Team Fortress 2, Planetside 2, ect, The screen freezes, flashes black, then says Java SE Binary has stopped working and recovered, and then says AMD Display Drivers have crashed. With Minecraft the situation is a bit different. When I start it up, I can go as far as selecting the world or server and THEN the maddening error occurs. But, whats really weird is if I'm recording a video with Microsoft Envision Encoder 4, I'm able to play fine :/ It just doesn't add up. I also uninstalled and re installed Java, then in suspicion that I didn't uninstall it correctly I used JavaRa to uninstall it. And still got no success. One person told me that the Java and the SE Binary are two entirely different things which I somewhat knew that the binary is like the boot sequence of Java but am trying not to resort to that solution because if thats the case the only fix would be to re install Windows. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEEEEEAAAASSEE HELP!!!

Extra Details:
____________
I'm using Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit

I have a Sapphire Radeon hd 7770 Vapor-x ghz edition

I'm using an AMD Athlon 2 X4 640

-Thanks in advance
