Does P67 support concatenated disks?

There's tons of info out there on RAID 0, but nothing at all about concatenated disks.

JBOD? Afaik this is not hardware supported thing (as in setting it up via the BIOS). You would set it up through Windows Disk Management. Is that what you're asking?

Well, yes. It's just that JBOD can also mean garden-variety separate disks so I try to stay away from that term to avoid confusion.

I know Windows 8 has OS-level support for this through Storage Spaces, but do previous versions of Windows have this feature?

Every OS since XP has this feature.
