I was implying that I'd much rather play on a sick-ass single display (1440p, 1600p, 3K such as the BF4 video) than a multi-display setup even though the multi-display setup is a higher resolution as a whole. Also goes back to the debate about how well BF4 will run on existing hardware. If 2 480s handle BF3 just fine across 3 displays, BF4 won't be a big challenge for the majority of the hardware we're packing on here (670, 680, 7950, 7970, etc.).

Cool that it was running on at that rez on that card, but I'd still prefer some actual card numbers (i.e. how does a 7970 / GTX680), rather than a non-existant card, that we have zero info on.

And the graphics aren't that amazing. They're good, but they dont touch Crysis 3.

There is a flaw in your logic, that you seems to be escaping you...    nobody is playing Crysis 3.

The game sucks...

So..  unless you log in, just to walk around and enjoy the awesome graphics...  no point in taking you seriously.

Coincidentally, if Cry3 used real physics like in BF..   it would be unplayable & you know it. BF graphics can be higher, but when you have 64 players on the screen at once, you have to make sacrifices based on hardware assets & min req. I bet BF4 will have minimum 4GB req... we'll see.

So lemme get this straight, just because BF4 looks that good (best visuals I have seen for a confirmed in-game) and running 60fps at 3K on a 7990, y'all are saying its not impressive enough yet you whine when your Sli 680s can't run Cry3 60fps at 1080p wth.gifkookoo.gif
