just saying you never know, they could make your experience worse who knows
i know you gotta stick it to the man sometimes but hey

just be clam, respectful and courteous about it

send them an email or something
they have any other numbers you could call?

Why can't I vent a little bit? They have my sub $200 PSU and there is no way I can get in contact with them. I have sent emails and left voicemails with no reply. The only proof that I have that shows that they have my PSU is an RMA number and tracking number. No email or anything like that. Now I'm without my newly built $2500 computer because of their faulty equipment. I totally understand that there is a certain failure rate with all electronics and I am perfectly fine with that. Seasonic does truly make great equipment. I just wish they made their RMA services a little more interactive so I have an idea of how long this is going to take. If it is going to be two months I'm going to just buy another PSU, but I have no idea how long it is going to be so I'm not going to blow my money if it could just turn up on my doorstep tomorrow. They should send you an email saying "we have received your PSU" just so the person would know that they actually received it. If I offended anyone with the post. Just disregard it.

Have you tried calling any other phone numbers?

You may want to try calling sales or something, they should be able to transfer your call or maybe even answer your question.

So I'm pretty happy. It seems that the gods have heard my pain and I just received an email saying that my PSU will be delivered back to me on Monday. So they definetly replaced it because they said if they found it to be not fauly that they would charge $25 to send it back. I FINALLY get to use my rig on Monday. Thank the heavens!
