hi
so i sold my lovely 2G GTX 460 X2 SLI in realy good price

and if i spend just more 300$ i can go with the new singel gpu
gtx670 or 7970

i heardd that the new drivers for ati are kickass and give u huge boost

i play on 1920x1080

but i heard alot of ppls complain about stuttring in games and not smooth gameplay comparing to lower fps but smooth with the 670...

i most buy new grapic card sins im using onboard gpu right now

and i cant w8 till the next 7xx series by nvidia

i realy dont know what to do right now

to buy the 7970 and take a chanse for my biggest fear "not smooth gameplay on high fps"

i dont care about phsyx and stuff
and im horible at overclocking

so i might use my pruche as he is on stock or oc edition

but i realy dont know wich path to go

with the familler nvidia 670oc or the 7970oc i cant affored the ghz edeition sins 100$ more in my country

You should be fine, most of AMD's complaints are attributed to Crossfire, not single GPU.

i can get this one the cheapest for 500$ 7970(thats the prices here)

or 560$
to get this one 7970 (overclocked)

or in 510$ and take this one(670) (overclocked)

Don't worry about the factory overclock, as you can easily set it yourself. All it does it hard-set it, which makes zero difference as all the cards aren't binned anyway. I would suggest buying something with an aftermarket cooler. (I like the Gigabyte one myself but that's just my 2cents.gif)

ye he cost 60$ more X_X from the shappire

I had a GTX 670 before and there's no difference in smoothness compared to a 7970. Stuttering is a common issue with 2 cards in CrossFire though.

If a 670 costs the same as a 7970, it's an easy decision. Get a 7970 with a custom cooler (Sapphire/Gigabyte). The stock cards are quite loud.

Shop around, I'm sure you can find a better deal!
