haha you will be k1ng with that machine. its like the lamborghini of gaming mice.

Come on, if you troll him do it in a way that he understands he's getting trolled, because too many people actually believe that 11400 dpi is somehow beneficial. We're here on OCN to educate the less educated wink.gif

I love it it tracks nice, need to kill one of the side buttons tho, i like 3 button on side, this one has 2 on each side, good feel claw type
You better get the MLG version that can reach 16400 CPI!! Man, I thought that I was the king of the hill with 11400CPI, completely crushing the opponents. But now with 16400CPI I get accused of using aimbot on every server I'm playing! It's so freaking insane! It's like the mouse is aiming by itself! My aim with Lightninggun and railgun went up 43%!

I would buy a WMO if it was available new.

But there is still the IntelliMouse Explorer 3.0 that IS available new. I would imagine its a lot better than MS Basic Optical... I am so used to using it now... the click is very stiff and the tracking isn't particularly great but the shape is very good and its lightweight and is therefore suited to RTS gaming more than any big Logitech mice even though their tracking is better.

In RTS games, heavier, bulkier mice (G400, G500, G700) aren't that good because unlike FPS where you have to do steady linear movements, in a game like SC II you have to do very fast circular motions and also you need to click very rapidly so you can select units and activate abilities at the right second since that often determines whether you win a battle or lose. In a game like SC II heavy mice are a definite no no and can significantly impact play. Thats why I don't like the Logitech G400.

The Logitech G100 (Which IS perfect for RTS) is no longer available. Will have to wait for the revision model (G100s) and purchase it in the town center right away.
