You know what would be super cool and help people actually stay on topic? ENGLISH

And before anyone gets their panties in a bunch, this is an english speaking forum. It's explicitly stated in the ToS. It's super cool if people with other primary languages want to participate here, but they should at least take the effort to use the spell check built into their browser, and if they know their english is terrible, maybe use google translate. You know, common sense.

And I think it's rude to assume people are stupid. Are you implying that the intelligent people of this forum are too stupid to right click a squiggly red underline, or know their own linguistic limitations well enough to know when to use a translator? I think not - I know you are smarter and kinder than that.

So what's really more rude? My objectively helpful suggestion, or the disrespect of certain posters who demand help from this community but aren't willing to take the paltry effort convey their message in a manner with would allow for an answer?

At any rate, if you're going to quote, quote the full post - or at least the entirety of the subject your reply may pertain to.

pretty sure this is what you're looking for http://www.snapav.com/p-1121-wb-400-vce-12.aspx
voltage conditioner..

in simple terms, when you get a surge your power strip should trip. with this it regulates the voltage before it is sent to the device.
surge protectors pretty much dont keep electronics from dying but this does.

edit: if you guys cant figure out what he is asking in the first post, then dont even respond with being an ***. its like the brain dead zombie trolls just need to jump all over any post they can.

You know, common sense.

for you knowledge , When I was creating this thread, I was solving some problems with/ in another forums, I was updating a MUI Language pack in another pc,calling some people and I had no time for being worried about how well I write a thread, which basically is/was a doubt..

I seem to understand you quite well. So have others here.
anyways......you probably don't need it but it's a safety net, get one if you like. APC and Tripp Lite are good brands and the rest really depends on your budget.

I have another question to increase clarity here: are you saying that these fluctuations are complete outages where you have absolutely no electricity? Or are you just seeing the lights dim occasionally?

I mean, if you're just seeing the lights dim occasionally, then there's no need to buy a UPS or anything like that because your PSU is more than well-equipped to handle the fluctuating input voltage.
